Dr. Ulm earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1998 and has been serving patients in Utah since 1999. Dedicated to advancing the field of biological dentistry, he continually integrates the latest innovations into his practice. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Holistic Dental Association, the International Academy of Biological Dental Medicine, and the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT).
